The Academy Of Young Leaders is a proactive learning program that utilizes experiential workshops to provide high-school students of color and underserved communities with career clarity. At the Academy Of Young Leaders we believe that every young adult should graduate with the fundamental skills necessary to make educated decisions that will empower them to select a career path and be a positive contributor to society.

Whether that path is College, Entrepreneurship, or joining the Workforce, we strive to prepare the youth for the next phase in their adult life.

Through the delivery of cutting-edge, experiential learning in career development, work readiness, and entrepreneurship, we create pathways for employability and job creation.

The Academy Of Young Leaders is an organization dedicated to decreasing the racial wealth gap by equipping students from under served communities with the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices. Our workshops aid in igniting the spark that young adults need to experience the opportunities and realities of workforce and life in a global economy.
